Syringe>agarX3>3qt WBS >3qt compost 2 1/2qt verm 1qt worm castings 1/4qt gypsum. I am fruiting these Muda style I basically mixed all spawn and sub in a bowl and divided evenly amongst several jars until full colonization which occurred a few days ago. Now I understand the height of the sub is important so it can be neglected properly when fruiting.the initial spawn run went welI as presented I wasn't satisfied with the substrate amount (height) per jar. I wanted to add more bulk. So for a test in jars A and C
i pasteurized more HPOO compost only just for 50 mins tho and fast cooled (yea shoot me) and its was only about a big spoonful no more And shook the jar up. It's been 48 hrs and not recovering like I anticipated. I assumed it would consume it no time at all Like a hungry pet. But you can see the jars I didn't do that have perfectly good myc in there.

My poly fill filters became clogged with bulk substrate when I shook them.
As some jars are recovering fine

so I removed the filters on the jars for now. That seems to have been a cause for the stall. Some formed primordia because of the stall
I knew there was no reason it shouldn't eat up that Poo
All jars look like this now

sux why wouldn't you just inoculate the bottles? instead of superspawning? from what I've read the only situation that its useful for is woodlovers

I did basically a normal spawn to bulk. Once colonized I broke up the substrate by banging each jar and adding a heaping spoon of pasturiZed Poo, hoping it would colonize that to.. if that makes sense
