Surface mold on cuttings, need to worry?

I had a bunch of cuttings that had calloused 3 weeks with a fan and looked great, nice dry callous. It's winter here and I read that it was possible to just put them in 100% perlite and forget about them because it was I dry medium.
Well I did this a week ago and had them inside next to a window. I pulled one out to give to s mate and the bottom had gone funky colours, like 3 different molds or something. I promptly pulled them all out and now have s fan blowing on them. It seems like surface mold because the callous isn't squishy, they are all still hard. They don't look very pretty and clean any more though.
I don't want to re-cut and start this drying process all over, I'm eager to just pot these guys and be able to forget about them.
Surface of each is dry, hard, but funky looking. The last 2 pictured don't seem to have any mold. They were the small pups. This leads me to believe the issue was the weight pushing down on the perlite removing the air flow on the other pieces where as the small pups had little weight.
Here's the pics. Do I need to worry?

Itll be fine. Let it dry a few days and repot in dry soil or your perlite.

thanks. the other question would be 'is the rooting medium (perlite) now contaminated? I dont want to throw it away but i'm also not going to bake it in the oven.

Perlite is inert, it can get algae, but I thinj you will be fine. Ive got some new callouses that got rained on for a few days. They are showing mildew far worse than that.
