Hey guys new to this wondering if anyone wants to tackle an obscure one? I am interested in beginning to hunt due to the amazing conditions here but don't want to consume without the experts! Thanks for any help. Internet is very bad here, had to travel 2 hours to post these pictures heh...if anyone can reply with pictures / descriptions of species to look out for around where I am, I would greatly appreciate it. I have tried to research myself but as i said the internet makes it impossible. For grins this is the scenario: 50kb up / 150kb down. woot. Thanks.
Habitat:
North West Cameroon (Closest major city is Bamenda if you want to maps it). Altitude: 1700-2200.Temp: 50-70F. Grows in vast mountain pastures that receive rain daily / are damp consistently. Cattle and dung everywhere. Found near but not on cow dung.
Gills:
Whitish-brown
Stem: length: 2.5-3in, diameter: .25in, color: white, texture: smooth, hollow. Ring near top of stem.
Cap: Diameter: 1in-3in, color: white with brown nipple with surrounding speckles, texture: slightly rough because of creases but generally smooth.
Spore print color: Will Post next time I go hunting! all are dry now.
Bruising: no noticeable bruising.

Cameroon looks really cool! Your mushroom may be a Macrolepiota species, have you made a spore print yet?

I will certainly make one next time i go hunting. I lost that big one in the pics to maggots and the other ones are dry now so I can't at the moment. I may go in the next 2 days. There are several other species that grow directly on the dung however i lost these as well in transport (motorcycle on rocky, dirt roads makes a nice pulp out of the poor things). Thanks for the reply!

http://www.shroomery.org/12261/Africa This is wildly incomplete as we don't have or get many members from Africa.
Your best bet is probably to look for Panaeolus cyanescens and Psilocybe cubensis in cattle fields.
