1) Strongest mushroom is dependant on so many things. I've eaten PE, APE and a shit ton of others and for some reason I think the PC Puerto Rico and PESA I grew were the strongest I've ever taken. But potency depends on psychedelic content and state of mind. Starting from MS you can get a completely bunk or the most potent mushrooms ever grown.
Buy more PE or APE syringes or PC Puerto Rico.
2) Do coir/verm. Damion5050 elementary coir tek. Google it.
3) My advice is to read a lot and listen to the mushrooms.

Then get a print, put it on agar, do some research and fruit them
If you know what you're looking for why are you asking?

Because I have done research just unsure of some details i.e.. a link to get me on track for success thus weeding out miss information or outdated info I know there are ppl here that have a system that works and is proven by mods. My cube grows were made possible by rr and a few others that linked me to the right info and I was hoping for the same for different ones. I don't know what pan is strongest or some other is but requires different info to grow. Cyans, azurens or anything stronger not much info out there from the last few years

All the panaeolus species are pretty similar in potency. Except stuff like cincts. Pan cambos, cyans, and bisporus are the ones I love to look at. They grow in basically the same conditions as cubes. They require a thin sub and a thin casing. They need MUCH more fae than cubes. Also the moment you see pins you halt all misting, and keep the fae high.
Also there's no panaeolus azurescens. That's from the Psilocybe genus. There is also a Psilocybe cyanescens (not to be confused with the pan cyan). Both of those grow in the PNW, they're both wood lovers, and are extremely hard to cultivate indoors, or in warm conditions.
All of the ones mentioned above (besides pan cincts) can make you trip like you're on 4+g of cubes with a dose under 1 gram.
