Help ID these beauties please

Habitat:
It grew out of new mulch, which is a combination of aged wood, manure and black dirt.
Minneapolis, MN - 72° evening- 82° day.
Gills:
Pinkish tan gills that are separated
Stem:
several inches white stem

Cap:
Diameter is 4" on the larger ones - shiny metallic gold color, texture is dry but very shiny, convexc

Spore print color:
In progress


Bruising:
seems to bruise to light brown.

i'd suggest Pluteus petasatus due to the clump, size and habitat

i put em in stew once, nothing to write home about, but you can try em.

these are growing in my woods  - there are dead elm roots below the surface. See photos for spore print. Apologies for another novice question, but I want to know if they are edibles. Thanks!
