just rinse off any uncolonized parts, dunk, rinse, roll carefully and put in sgfc.

be careful when rinsing and rolling with the pins.

whats a good dunk time when you already have pins, could i rinse and roll then let it flush out before dunking for 2nd flush or would it be better to dunk it now

could be lots of things, but it doesnt really matter for what he needs to do next IMO.
really hard to say for sure from those pics.

things could be clearer when he opens the jar and gets a good look and smell off it.

its generally on one side at the bottom that is uncolonized, after work tonight i will prep my fc and birth this bad boy. rinse, dunk for 24 hrs, rinse , dunk and roll and into the fc. i have a few others that are less colonized but have hypal knots all over the center and top of my jars, leave them til they show pins and colonize more or slaughter the colonized areas n repeat the process.
