Probably Laetiporus Sulphurus

or if growing directly from dirt right next to that above-ground portion of that root and ends up with a white pore surface, a Laetiporus cincinnatus...but good stuff either way.

Give it a day or two and really keep an eye on it if its close, I want to see if gets to be nice. I found one last year that was really nice, but this year they're been kind of dumpy one had worms in it, the one I found 2 days ago I haven't taken a real close look at but its orange like cincinatus yet growing from the trunk and a really ugly yellow on bottom that is porous like cincinattus instead of that smooth latex feeling all around; I almost wonder if its not a sulpher.

On the other hand; I've found two monster Cincinattuses and pretty much have more chicken than I can eat; it's in my freezer and I've been gifting it to coworkers and such. Cincinattus is huge and awesome taste! Look out for it on the ground. The great thing is tehy are so bright and easy to see!
