Newbie - Cobweb mold sighted in grain jar

Hello All,
Buddy and I are just now getting into growing mushrooms. We ordered 30 LBs of grain spawn from aloha medicinal and we thought we would experiment doing some grain to grain so we bought like 100 quart mason jars and some rye berries and started following the procedure in RogerRabbits videos.
We soaked the grain with a bit of gypsum and lime for 24 hours, and then simmered it with a little gypsum in the water. The grain was let to air out until I could grab it with my hands without any moisture building up on hands. It was then put into the quart jars with 4x 1/8 inch holes drilled and a tyvek disc cut out of envelope put on top.
Unfortunately, only got 1 pressure cooker that can only do 7 jars at a time. So been pressure cooking for like 3 days now. The last batch is in the pressure cooker right now, but I noticed cobweb mold growing in one of the jars, is this a problem or will sterilization take care of it? Also wondering if this means some of the earlier jars are contaminated? I've also noticed while waiting to be pressure cooked, the rye berries starting to take on a grayish color like they are drying out, they go back to normal after pressure cooking, but are we waiting too long to pressure cook?
We already cut open one of the 10LB bags, and transferred it to pressure cooked empty jars, and then 2 of the spawn jars we divided into about 15 pressure cooked grain jars, currently don't see any growth on the rye berries, but still hoping.
Thanks, Kalagaraz

that's probably not the best way to go about this....don't cut open the bag until you are ready to use it. and for god's sake don't cook 100 jars worth of grain and wait 3 days to cook them. you're going to grow nothing but bacteria now. more than likely anyway.

Only a few sat for 3 days. Been pressure cooking 7 at a time for 1.5 hours at a time for 3 days. Really underestimated the pressure cooking time and just made up too many jars cause I didn't take into account just how much the grain expands when water is added.
The bag that was opened was immediately transferred to sterilized empty jars, and then a few jars used to transfer to some of the sterilized grain that was done on day 1.
I mean if stuff gets contaminated, it gets contaminated. It's all a learning experience.
Thanks, Kalagaraz

So we got all the jars transferred and been watching their growth. The pure spawn jars are pretty much almost 1 solid chunk of white fuzzieness now, those are fixing to be dumped into bags today.
Here are pictures of the first grain to grain jars done on 8/17. Do they look healthy or not? I personally think they look ok, but it seems some of them are struggling to spread to bottom of jar.
