Advice on open air fruiting ATL7

Hey guys! So I harvested a jar of stones, and had plenty of colonized grain left, so I added some unpasteurized coir/verm into the original quart jar and mixed the best I could. I then topped it off with about half an inch of coir.
I was planning to case it when it was fully colonized with a 50/50 mix of peat moss and verm. It is a few days from before it is fully colonized, but right now it is making some little stones.
How often should I mist the casing? Can I just set the jar on my windowsill? Any advice really would be helpful! Thanks guys.

Why unpasteurized? The myc can colonize and utilize the coir better if its cooked. Keep the casing moist at all times. IME tho genetics that put out a lot of stones and want to make stones readily do not fruit as well. They will however continue to produce stones in the bulk sub and often these can be substancial. So even if you don't get a lot of mushrooms, you may get a lot of stones. Fair trade IMO.

It was un pasteurized because it was such a small amount and I was feeling lazy, if I do this again however, I'll pastuerize.

If it's coir, you can sterilize it too.
