So I am having an issue I have a 23 qt presto pressure cooker. Its a okay cooker and I have never had issues with it til recently. I have started doing agar and I must say I will not go back to not doing it. I am doing pastyplates and I am having an issue where my pressure cooker is knocking the mini rounds over mid cook. I have tried putting foil under I have tried putting a piece over all the rounds and I have tried putting them all in a circle with out them touching the wall of the pressure cooker it seems about 50 percent of the time they dont knock over. Any Ideas how I can fix this issue of mine so I can stop wasting agar.

Raise up the bottom tray. Get them out of the water. They will float. Warm it up slower. The rolling bubbles are knocking them over. Get a few metal cooling racks for cookies. Cut them to size. Better yet. Remove bottom rack. Put 4 lid bands on the bottom. Then put the rack on top. Fill with 3/4 inch of water or less. That should do the trick

Well you're not stacking them correctly if you're having that many issues.
Have you tried putting extra Mason jar rings in there for support? I usually put a shitload in there
