If people don't care then they deserve what they get.
There will always be people who enjoy eating poison, are addicted to it and will defend it..
Most of Europe banned GMO's, they are doing just fine.

Even after explaining to my ex where aspartame comes from and how bad it is for the body she still wouldn't give it up...
The craziest part is her logic is that sugar will make her fat/ugly or unhealthy so by avoiding it at any cost she is doing good....
Even after explaining how much worse synthetic sweeteners are she didn't really care Same with smoking cigarettes.
She usually bought the cheapest crappiest ones. Occasionally I would give her money to buy the organic spirits not that it really made any difference.

No, I did not say that. It being bt toxin, is built into the gm corn itself and can't be washed off. When used by farmers on regular corn, its sprayed on the leaves and none should be on the corn itself
and as I've stated, you clearly know nothing about agriculture and certainly no nothing about GMOs or grains in particular. why would you believe that bacillus thuringiensis, a naturally occurring soil organism would never get on the corn or wheat. why would you believe it wouldnt get on them when the shit is being directly applied to the plants
now, you keep referring to it as bt toxin.
is it toxic to humans and at what levels?
where do people like gilles-eric seralini get their funding for anti GMO studies?
why cant you answer these simple questions

false
GMOs are only banned in one country in the world

aspartame is the single most widely tested food additive in the world with a scientific consensus that it's safe, are you saying that scientists are wrong?

At least you are consistent, consistently wrong. There are standards for organic but I would not trust any organic food from china, for example. Eat all that gmo you want, with a side order of roundup. They say its perfectly safe and you believe everything out of Monsanto don't you?

you certainly arent answering the question either. with more than 3000 studies saying GMOs are safe, more than 25,000 studies that show aspartame to be safe somehow the 20 or 30 studies published by a limited few claiming to be researchers and taking funds from anti-GMO groups to publish thes articles that havent managed to stand up to peer review would be the accurate ones

Here is a quote from the videos description:
Quote:
yeah, The non-GMOers are the ones who are brainwashed. Right. That's why several other countries won't touch GMO's with a ten-foot poll. Keep telling yourselves the FDA and EPA have your best interest at heart, if it helps you sleep at night. And BTW, there are plenty of credible scientists who are against GMO's.

Article on video
Quote:
A 1991 paper reported on 93 cases of exposure to RoundUp in China. Eighty of the 93 patients intentionally ingested RoundUp at its 41% concentration (home gardeners use a much weaker 1% concentration). Only seven of them died. But 66% had damage to their gastrointestinal tract and 43% had sore throats. In the seven cases that were fatal, the average amount of weed killer ingested was 184 milliliters (about .7 cups) with the highest dose at about 500 mL, or about 2 cups. A 2004 toxicology review says that damage usually occurs when drinking more than 85 mL – just a third of a cup.
Pathological and toxicological findings in glyphosate-surfactant herbicide fatality
Quote:
Glyphosate herbicide is promoted by the manufacturer as having no risks to human health, with acute toxicity being very low in normal use. In Thailand, however, poisoning from glyphosate agricultural herbicides has been increasing. A case of rapid lethal intoxication from glyphosate-surfactant herbicide involved a 37-year-old woman
What is up with all of this then?

Pris is getting desperate to support his world view that govt and scientists never lie, never are wrong, govt does not take bribes to allow unsafe things on the market, etc
>certainly no nothing about GMOs...
You "no" a lot about trolling, I'll give you that.
> why would you believe that bacillus thuringiensis, a naturally occurring soil organism would never get on the corn or wheat.
We were talking about bt corn which has the bt toxin built into it. Since you "no" so much about gmo's, you should "no" that.

ok, so you want to believe you have a clue
Quote:
Bacillus thuringiensis (or Bt) is a Gram-positive, soil-dwelling bacterium, commonly used as a biological pesticide. B. thuringiensis also occurs naturally in the gut of caterpillars of various types of moths and butterflies, as well on leaf surfaces, aquatic environments, animal feces, insect-rich environments, and flour mills and grain-storage facilities.
Quote:

once more, you're calling it bt toxin, what's the toxicity to humans
you really seem to want to evade the questions I ask while spreading your pseudo science which is quite typical, it's why all the discussion groups that promote this anti-gmo crap ban anyone with dissenting opinion

With all due respect, this video explains what GMOs and Monsanto are in 2 minutes. This is seriously one of the most important things you should know about by now if you're in America. Just 2 minutes guys.
-------------------- How to get started in bulk: Presto 23-Quart Pressure Cooker BOD's Simple as FUCK Still Air Box PastyWhyte's Easy Agar Tek Munchauzen's Cultivation Video Series How EvilMushroom666 Prepares His Grains (I use jars with Synthetic Filter Discs) What is G2G? (Grain-to-Grain) Damion5050's Coir Tek (I use 5.5 - 6 quarts of water instead of 4. Also ignore step 13 and ignore the monotub completely. The only purpose of this tek is to show you how to make a simple substrate. I also add gypsum to it but not necessary) Spitball's Monotub Tek (A liner isn't necessary but is useful) Use 6500k lights throughout the whole process. When you wake up, turn the light on. When you go to sleep turn the light off. It's as simple as that.

that video is a little old though. They've literally spent hundreds of millions of dollars since 2012 to this year to keep the public uninformed.
