looking into doing my first extraction. Shit looks pretty in depth but its been a long time coming.
Is DMT a weekly type of thing? or is more of a once and forget about for a couple months?
Share some fun times pertaining to dmt as well

I am sure many people would have different answers.
I personally find DMT especially but most psychs extremely sacred and regular use outside of a ceremonial setting seems blasphemous to me.
Most of the people I have met who smoke tons of dmt don't even seem to get much out of it either
I would personally recommend getting very into meditation and ceremony if you have not and use all 3 in sync.
You will most likely get the most guidance this way and feel the need to use it less often, which makes it easier on brain receptors.

Yep, my experience as well. Don't got much out of it untill I went hiking for 2 weeks. A meditative thing for sure, and those morning bowls of changa felt so right... There's a thin line between overdoing and smoking when things are just right. Meditation or meditative actions defenitely enhance your ability to know this.

That sounds like an amazing hiking trip, I could really benefit from something like that. With or without the drugs

Yeah man, at first I thought about not using it at all cause the experience felt so healing and awesome I didn't want to cloud it with drug use. Many little wonders and people and just general awesomeness. Then, after 5 days, I smoked a wake up changa bowl. Not only was that a morning wake up, it was a spiritual wake up as well. After 3 months of using it this bowl was the first one I could really enjoy whole heartly. From that day on I had a inner sense when things could be right for changa/ DMT.

From what I've read people don't build a tolerance to it, so it's your own decision really

It's pretty comparable to other classics. I have phases of intense use and phases of abstinence, just like with LSD or mushrooms. Same, same, but very different

I find you really need a good break in between DMT sessions. It's such a powerful experience I don't see how you could just sit there and smoke it continuously

At first when i did a successful extraction it was pretty regular and slowly tapered off.Daily, weekly then monthly. Now it's been about 2 years since my last session. Still really amazing and fun, just no strong desires to go back as much.
Side note: I am about to get back on that train real soon though
