I see what you're talking about, if you dont focus your eyes on the first pic you can see it on the left side, it looks a bit more grey and whispery and then normal white myc grows again.
i've heard some theories on it before but still wanna see what people say about that now

And here, it's been 11 days since I transferred colonized millet grains into wood chips buckets. Just opened the cover of a bucket to see this wonderful stuff :

and the petris are almost covered with myc. gonna transfer them into wood-chips too. (in two days)
EDIT : yeah , I know, that's my hair

Yep, changed the thread title, seems more like a grow log so far.
Here's one of petri's :

Also, today I dumped my woodchips buckets and bags into a mini mono.
Almost fully colonized woodchips, dumped bucket :

some close ups :

Mixing colonized chips with non-colonized ones :

Final product :

gonna exposure them to natural conditions when the temps fall down, without making outdoor patches. got around one month time till the real-autumn begins.

the same tub above, after a week :

see the top layer chips ? they were mostly the non-colonized ones And the temps have came down a little finally, now it's 75 days, 70-72 nights. don't know wtf is wrong with this year's summer, not showing its last days yet, though it's officially a fuckin autumn.

WTF ? !!!!

i'm confused as hell. my tub pinned , found three little pins last night. wtf ? can other cubes grow on wood-chips like this ?
I'm really doubting whether it was Subaeruginosa from start.
are there any chances these pins be cubensis of any kind ?
of course not, they pinned without any decrease in temp, and no FAE, nothing at all.

EDIT : can't find enough facepalm smileys.

nope, now I'm sure it's a cube of some unknown strain. All this effort
they pinned without any FAE, and no temp fall, so it's not Subaeruginosa for sure. it was a freebie print labeled as Subaeruginosa , sent to me along others, so no complain.
So, now I have some cube myc, colonizing wood chips, being fruited in a tub.
