Good luck with those Beet I did AA recently and it was fun! Starting my first pan cyan in a few weeks...
Thanks dude! Is there a difference between A+ and AA+ or are they the same thing? I hear most people referring to AA+ on Shroomery but my syringe says A+.
To anyone who has grown tampanensis or Mexicana: when cultivating sclerotia-producing species, is it better to wait until the sclerotia start to form before spawning the grain to a tub or should I do it as soon as the jars are colonized?
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17910649
I'm using Violet's tek because it is recent and seems to be pretty thorough. However, it doesn't say when the best time to spawn is, other than that the grains will break up more easily prior to truffle formation.

This is my first year doing sclerotia varieties. If you want to fruit the mushrooms then you have two options. Wait until sclerotia are harvested, 3-6 months, then spawn the grain to a substrate. OR.. completely colonize grain jar then spawn to sub.
the route I took was spawn after jar was colonized.

I have read that stones tend to be more potent the longer they sit... I also read that myc doesn't produce psilocybin until it starts forming hyphal knots... I theorise that the stones will likely be more potent after a flush or more. who knows, I'm far from an expert

There is a difference. AA+ is a leucistic(lacks pigment, but not a true albino) version of A+.

The still air lab has a single decontamination chamber and is fitted with a still air box.

I am super stoked about this. Spent the day throwing up the lab, fruiting chamber and gather our sticks for the fire.
Tomorrow we are going to prep and sterilize grains, patch holes, tape seams and construct SAB. The day after will be spent breaking in the new SAB.
Shit looks like its straight outta E.T.

... and your better routes are? So far all i know is best way is to harvest the stones after 3-6 months then use grain in a substrate to fruit mush.
