The people who know the best answer for the following series of questions will command 5 shroom ratings from me....

What is the name of the socio-economic system with the following characteristics:

1) Government works for successful businessmen and is against labor (unions et al)

2)Profit is private and individual.  Loss is public and social (i.e. 'bailouts')

3)Government encourages private business that returns benefits TO THE STATE 'the people'  That is, the company is serving the national interest.

4)A spiritual and cultural reawakening is thought to occur when government policies 'fix' the economy.

5)Vastly varying economic policies applied can vary in sito

6) A primary aim is the elimination of large scale capitalism.

7) the state believes that they should play  role in the resolution of inequality between the classes.

8) government has an overbearing regulatory role on industry.

9) National autonomy is better than 'Free trade'i.e. we shouldn't 'depend' on other countries.

Class...anyone.....anyone.

That's the key point in determining what system it is.  Since no one else answered, I can say it is what Obama is.

Ok but you can't say the government is beholden to big business and elaborate by claiming the exact opposite.
