Fruiting Chamber suggestions? Please suggest

So I have a variety of shapes/sizes of Mycelium that will be ready soon.
(Explaining size/shape) 3- 1.5ft by 1ft (and 3in thick) Trays of Mycelium 2- Bricks 2- Smaller bricks
All popcorn grain spawned to Coco Coir.
So im trying to figure out which type of Fruiting chamber to use, I see that there are a few different types. I am looking at a SGFC, but would this be okay for a few different types of Mycelium bodies?
These will all be done in about 1 week from now since the spawn ratio is like 1:10 but its just Coco Coir (pasteurized) so it shouldnt be too hard for it to colonize without contams.
Thanks for any suggestions, Im just trying to figure out which Fruiting Chamber method to use

Put them in an SGFC with 4-5" of perlite, 1/4" holes every 2" and mist when needed and you'll be fine.

I would just use the big trays to line the bottom of a monotub setup.
I'm not sure what bricks are, colonized in small tall trays and birthed?

Or what he said,
For trays I like the added security of perlite, I have to mist less If you go the monotub route you should case because your substrate will be pretty thin so you won't have all the moisture of a regular mono.

1ft by 1,5ft tray sounds like it needs a huge fuckin sgfc. and its gonna cover most of the perlite.
for the future i'd keep the bricks in the containers if you gonna put them in a sgfc, sgfc's has killer fae and is gonna dry your bricks out fast if you're not on top of it!

I have the time to be onto of it.
I have a 64qt tub I see I'm going to need a couple more because yea Ill be able to fit maybe only 1 of those trays in each along with some smaller bricks.

If they're 3-4" I'd definitely stick them in the monotub, if they're 1-2" you also have that choice but I think Space is right, with those size trays you may want a monotub. The 1-2" will dry out a little quicker but those 3-4" are perfect for a mono.
If you have the material I'd do the 1-2" in SGFCs and the 3-4" in monos.

For what reason should I do the thick trays in a Mono instead of an SGFC? Thanks for the help

A typical mono is between 3-4 (possibly 5)". Most of us do 3 1/2" and add an extra 1/4 for a top layer and another 1/4" for a casing layer which gives us a good 4" substrate. You're going to end up around that 4" mark with 3-4" trays so the moisture content will be just fine for a mono. Plus with adjusting the polyfill you can dial it in just right.
Now the 2" trays can also work in a monotub just fine but they'll need to be dialed in different then the 3-4" trays because they'll have less water content inherently.

Ok, but would it work finely to do it in an SGFC? It would be easier for me to maintain/set up. It also seems easier for a first time bulk.
