How long do colonized jars keep???

Here's a question afoaf has for you guys: -----------------------------------------
So about 2 1/2 months ago I colonized about 18 jars, and they are almost all fully colonized.... I'm waiting for 2-3 jars which are at about 80-90% right now
Now that's great news I know, but here's where my problem is.....
In about two weeks I'll be going on a trip for 7 days.
These jars were going to be my first casing... Now I have a little mini greenhouse that I hooked up to some perlite trays at the bottom with air bubllers inside so that I don't need to air the greenhouse.
Thing is when I first tested the greenhouse, I could only get the humidity up to 65%. Now I have a feeling either adding more water to the tray, or adding another tray would probably fix things, but since I'll be gone I won't be able to supervise things, and don't want the batch to go to waste.
Long story short, I need to know if I can keep the jars in the incubator for another 3 weeks, or will that cause a problem???

I would throw them in the fridge till you return as was said. But if they took that damn long to colonize in the first place, I don't think another 7 days is going to break the bank.
It's up to you.
