condensation on inside of jars
    #2209687 - 12/30/03 12:20 PM (13 years, 4 months ago)

I have newly innoculated jars about 2 or 3 days and they have some condensation on the inside of the jars. What should I do about this?
cheers-

There could be a few different reasons. The most likely reason the mason jar hasnt shown any condensation could be because of the water content of the substrate, or even temperature differences. Hope this helps.

Another reason is plastic tends to hold moisture droplets ie. condensation better then glass. However plastic can also hold better heat in.
