3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup water

on a clean surface dump the flour out and make a pile with a dug out on top

crack the egg and put it in a dimple pressed into your flour

start mixing the flour, salt and egg mix

slowly add water until you get a workable dough - you want it to be on the dry side

work the dough until you can roll it out - its stiff so you really gotta work that shit

roll the dough out until its 1/16th of an inch - cut 3" rounds with a glass or cookie cutter

fill the dough with mashed taters, sour krout or a hamburger mixture and fold in half and close

boil until floating then brown in butter

fan freakin tastic!!!
