It seems that only goes to 10psi. It was hard for me to find one that was past 12psi
http://www.prestige.co.uk/58962-quick-and-easy-6l-aluminium-pressure-cooker.html
I have the prestige high dome which goes to 15psi as standard and can be ran higher, usually I go up to 26psi as a max. The instructions say it can be ran higher than 15psi, I think 28 or 29.

I think it only goes to 10psi so I'd be going 2hours or more for grains.

I am guessing he is in the UK and its harder to get a large PC there, canning is not a common thing there. However I would also say return it and get the one I linked. The high dome version allows taller jars to fit inside. I have also read reviews of prestige PCs and lots were complaining about the newer style ones, and saying to stick to the old style ones with the metal weight (which mine is)

It was cheap at 25 so I will try it and see how it works. Only going to be working small and will upgrade once I'm up and running. Just need some prints now ....

I Have a 6 Litre Prestige High Dome Pressure Cooker and its great. Goes up to 15 PSI And Fits 2 Quart Jars or Six Half Pint Jars.. £36 on Amazon UK. I Had to purchase 2 pressure cookers and returning them before purchasing my third (this one)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0007U94U0/ref=olp_product_details?_encoding=UTF8&me=
Most people like to PC Agar for 30 Minutes @15 PSI but it can vary on what type of agar it is. I like to use MEA and PC for 45 Mins @15 PSI. @10 PSI you will need to pressure cook the agar for a little longer ( 1/3 extra ) - around 45 mins instead of 30.

That thing is so cute. It's like a wittle baby. So precious. Just being silly. It's a start and will work perfectly.

Its Good for me If i had a bigger one i would be completely over run with monotubs
All pressure cookers are different, all you can do is research and get an idea of how Pc's work. There are lots of videos and info on google. Pressure cookers today have lots of safety features and will alert you if the pressure is too high with excessive steam coming out / loudly whistling..

You will know that it's at operating temp when that weight starts to do the stanky leg

Time your cooking when your pc reaches your predetermined temp. So when the weight starts to jiggle, start the clock
