First time grow with BRF cakes. Have a question about what kind of fruiting technique I should use?

Hi everyone!! So for my first time growing, I pretty much followed the PF Tek and the Let's Grow Mushroom! video. I inoculated about 20 BRF cakes in half pint jars and about half are fully colonized (not one jar was contaminated I might add ). I'm going to give the colonized jars a week to consolidate.
My main question is what type of fruiting technique should I use? My mindset is to just follow the Let's Grow Mushroom video and use a SGFC. I already have a Sterilite plastic container (110 quart, which I think might be to big, can y'all comment on that) and perlite. I'm considering other fruiting techniques mainly to grow in bulk, and also because I think my technique is pretty good (first grow, no contamination), but since I'm a beginner I'm not really knowledgable in other techniques.
I've heard about crumbling BRF cakes, casing a layer of it, and fruiting in a monotub. Is that a viable technique? If so can someone link a tek? Any other fruiting techniques would be greatly appreciated.

you should spawn to a bulk sub, coir would be a great start for you just follow any mono tub guide and use 3 cakes per qt of grain required in that said tek

It doesn't matter what i think of you...all that matters is clean spawn I'm tired do me a favor

I think am just going to stick with a shotgun fruiting chamber for the first. I keep reading "cakes should be fruited as cakes".
Another question. Which way should I prepare for my next grow? I don't really have access to buying spores. Should I make a make a spore print or culture with agar? Can someone briefly explain the pros and cons of each?

You should definately take prints so you always have backups. But as far as moving forward, learning how to make agar is no more difficult than making cakes and once you have a first flush you can clone a fruit and then inoculate grains with that culture. Look for the biggest fruit in an early pinning cluster.

Thanks so much. Noob here, so much appreciation for bearing with me.
Can some one post a link for a spore printing tek that's easy and fool proof for a beginner?
And to clone a fruit onto agar is to cut a piece of a cap and just place it on the agar, right?
Sorry, total noob here. Still need to just learn the definitions. Thanks again.

Print tek http://www.shroomery.org/11317/Making-clean-spore-prints Agar is great because if your print did have a contaminant you can clean it up with transfers to new plates. To clone just split a stem open in a SAB, take a small piece of tissue from the inside of the stem (inside is sterile) with a sterilized blade and drop it in the center of the plate. Making your own agar plates from stuff you can get at the grocery store http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19208976/fpart/1/vc/1 Some good info on bulk http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17897163#17897163

For the agar tek, can we use a different type of agar then the one that is in the tek? I can't seem to find that brand online.

Here's what I use, you can find it at Asian stores and some grocery stores in the Asian section. It's really cheap and a pack goes a long way.

Thanks a lot. My mom actually uses that to make jello type desserts. She might actually have some in her pantry, haha.
