I basically pin pointed her after about 2 weeks of reading her posts. Her answers seem to have a great female ORA.
I remember asking to be 100% sure though.
She's a rare beast the only naturally born female in EBG. all you others are just Wanna Be's

Hey gang. . Came in here today to share my last building project, for Fall. I am starting to bring in some of my more tender topicals, like my Pluktenia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plukenetia_volubilis
Am also bringing in my Plumeria shrubs, (started from seed, lol). I will cross my fingers they survive the winter indoors and Bloom next growing year. (sigh) One of my favorite fragrant plants. I brought in my Gardenias too. The Gardenia species I am growing are NOT Cold tolerant Species.
Anyway, After I got the covered awning done, over the oil furnace tank-ports, I had some left over building materials, SO I built a coldframe and a couple birdhouses. LOL.
I am sure the coldframe will help next spring when I am starting plants for the garden.
Hope you guys enjoy the new images.

Cold frames are a great idea for my climate, but I must find a design that won't work as a RSM nursery. :\

This thing is rad. I could really use to make something like this for my lophs, would let me put them out in earlier in spring when the sun is coming out but the nights are too cold and wet. Would also actually be good for summer too.

Hey Thanks all. I thought I would drop my today, and update some photos to my thread. Its just some scrap wood and corrougated polycarbonate plastic. I glued the panels in with some silicone gel. Maybe a kind of wood that would repel insects? Cedar? I dunno. Ill have to keep an Eye out for the dreaded RSM's
Here is an image from the greenhouse today. Its still in the 80's-f in the daytime. Its my Sacred cacti-sacred Basil companion.

Being a shaman, I assume you have used your sacred basil before, correct? What sort of effects do you get from it? How strong of effects do you get?

I use it for cooking, To be honest. I also use it as an all around wellness tea. It has the anise/licorice character. I have not tried taking large doses of it. It tastes very good.
you can learn more about it at wiki. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ocimum_tenuiflorum
Imo, it is a good Basil species to grow. In winter months Tulsi tea with honey and green tea is good. I harvested tons of tea seeds this year, from last year's set on both of my plants. I am going to try and start some more tea Camellias, from the seed soon. I still have some more Tulsi seed for next yeah. I like how it performed, so I am going to do more of it next year.

Well, I had a nice weather day here today so I thought I would grab my camera and take some snaps of some of the things that I got in my greenhouse.
Here are a couple photos of a general view. (Oct. 2015).

I'm thinking your unknowns on top are looking more like cuzcoensis, possibly peruvianoid rather than bridgesii, which has less spines and smaller, darker areoles. Also, your "terschekii" might end up being something more like spachianus/camarguensis. I had some seeds labelled "terschekii" that ended up being in that clade and they looked very similar at that age. True terschekii are super fat and wide and grow extremely slow for the first few years, they almost start out looking like globulars. Nice plants at any rate.

Yeah, I am not really sure. I had 2 packs of seed: Trichocereus brigesii, and Peruvianus that were mixed..so. .It just looks a hell of a lot more like brigesii..I should have kept the 2 packs separate but oh well. . lol Only time will tell. The problem with buying seed at times, is that it isn't always (pure), or else maybe even mis-labled. As they get older, I will know for sure. Same goes with the terschekii

The Big pot in the middle is my Epiphyllum colony. that is the first cacti, I started from seed, over a decade ago. It survived an attack from my dog who ate several blades, when he was a puppy, and several falls, when in hanging basket. I finally decided to put it in a terrestrial pot with a tomato cage. Maybe that will help. I have no idea what flower colors they are. I only eve have gotten it to bloom once, and it was a a single flower on one blade. It was red. with an electric pink center. The colony has admittedly had some hardship, but I hope that with a little better care, I might get it to bloom again soon. Oh, and regarding the Tephro, Zed. Its on the big white wooden rack. on the lower right. I will try and get out later and take a photo of it. It put out a new segment, this growing season.

Hey there Gang. It is November and I have a greenhouse update for this month. I am quite excited to show that some of my Lithops have bloomed. You can see it, in the background behind one of the Trichos, in the photos. And for plant Birthdays, this month, My Phoenix canariensis palms are one year old. I hope you enjoy the photos.
