Got some fruits from a growbag that some believed to have bacteria in it. But first..what the f**k is this? Its a green thing that grows on top of a mushroom cap. It looks like a tumor. Lol.
And also i am wondering if you can spot any signs of bacteria or any other contam on these fruits?

The one on the buttom and the biggest one (on the pic down to the left) i just threw away.
These are from another flush and some caps had mold on them. Just picked out the good the looking ones and threw the whole bag in the trash.

Yeah I see a little mold on a couple. I've always dried the moldy ones if there not real gnarly or gross looking and then dice and boil them for about twenty minutes on med-high heat and never missed a beat.

So you boil them and drink the water or what?

Yeah, it does not look good, but i wonder what it is. I tried searching a bit but could not find anything. Have someone seen or know what it is? (The green tumor i mean)

Don't boil the shrooms directly, make a simple mushroom tea. Heat up a cup or so of water at medium heat, until it is simmering, then put your diced up shrooms( cut them into tiny pieces for better absorption), then let the mix sit for twenty minutes as stated above. You can optionally choose to steep the mushroom pieces again after straining but this is optional, as most of the actives have been transferred to the water at this point. Sip it slow and enjoy the ride!!!

You can boil shrooms. It won't effect potency. Cron proved it. He actually pc'd shrooms and had no potency loss. Also he eats deep fried shrooms a lot. I've even got shroom patties in the freezer I put over the grill to make psychedelic burgers. You don't have to worry about heat these days .
The green looks like aspergillus to me. Also they're all starved of fae. You probably didn't have to toss. Just needed to poke more holes in the bag. This is why kits suck. I wish the manufacturers made the kits to have more fae.

Thanks for the reply☺ what are the symptoms of low fae you can spot on the fruits? I know mycelium can form on the stems and pinning can be delayed, but are there other visible symptoms?

Long stretching stems, small caps (lack of light also does this too) unorganized growth. Generally mushrooms will always aim for the place where there's lots of fae so their spores can get distributed well. When there's no fae they just go all over the place. Fuzzy feet, unless extreme, is generally not a sign of bad fae. Lots of the time it's genetic.
Fruits should be straight and organized. Stems should be long but not obvious stretching for fae. They should have massive caps suiting the length of stem

It looks like they got banged up a bit but I don't see any contaminants. Deformities like on that cap in the first pic aren't all that uncommon. As far as I know they're not related to any kind of contamination.

Maybe you get a better pic of it?
Based on this
It looks like it's just bruising from the cracking.

Yeah it's the same mushroom that's mostly out of view on the left here I think, although the spot isn't in the pic you the black bruising where it's cracked. I don't know.
The only time I've seen Aspergillus on a fruit body it looked like this

Word. It'd be better if there was a clear closeup because I'm quite interested in what it actually is

On the black spot you are referring to it was white mold, and i scraped it away and there was a black spot underneath. Unfortunately i threw it away, so i can't get a better pic. Many of the other caps were moldy as well and many seemed to be in bad condition so i threw out everything. I was mostly out for spore prints. And them i got two of ☺
