Us consumers like to butch about the horrible srvice of companies. But sometimes, they surprise us in a pleasant way. Share your stories!
Here's mine: I bought a bestron (local brand) vacuum cleaner maybe 8 years ago. It still works fine, but the head and the hose had worn down by now. Shopped around online for parts, but none of the stores have them. So I contacted bestron 2 days ago asking if there was any way to get replacement parts. Got a reply within a few hours asking for my address. This morning, the courier showed up. Both parts delivered free of charge by the manufacturer. No talk of warranty or fuss whatsoever. And with a bit of luck, I can get a few more years of use out of this machine without having to replace it. I'm baffled!

tupperware does the same thing, they want the numbers from the bottom of the product so they can see the age before failure and possible defects if it's a newer item and they ship a replacement out for free. I learned this from a mixing bowl that's almost 50 years old that I knocked a chunk out of a couple of year ago. no hassles at all from them

Del taco gave out thousands of coupons for a free combo meal a while back
I know many fast food places give out coupons all of the time as well, but there is usually a catch, like sometimes u have to pay taxes, or buy this and get this other thing free, kind of deal
We'll del taco did none of that. Just straight up walked into the joint, went up to the counter, asked for a number 6, gave them the coupon and that was it. I got my meal and Then they gave ME a penny. I was shocked to say the least but very grateful for del taco. 'Twas a bold move.
Been going there ever since cuz they have some bomb ass fish tacos.

Remarkable! I suppose we mainly hear the bad things as that's when people bother to talk about it, but it seems that in many instances, manufacturers are actually doing quite a good job when it comes to after sales.
