No growth of mycleium after 3 days?

I odered a golden teacher spore syringe for sporestore.com (I know, bad mistake but didnt read the reviews till after I ordered). I got it in and it had plenty of spores in it, unlike what most reviews have said. I used the pf-tek method and pc cooked the jars for a hour and let them cool 6 or 7 hours. I didnt use a glove box when inoculation but I used my bathroom which I cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant 5 min before had. I used .5 cc in each jar hole (two holes in the jar) and flamed the needle untill cherry red before I inoculated each jar. After 3 days of setting on my dresser at about 72° I see no mycleium growth in the jars (I inoculated 11). Should I be worried? I dont see any contaminants either so I dont think thats the case. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Reallllly need to look into making a sab man they are cheap and much better than winging it in open air in your doom room. I wouldn't worry until about six to seven days in, it could take that long depending on conditions strain and temp.

I've done a successful open air inoc. for 4 jars, took about a week and a half for spots of mycelium to start showing up. Just relax and go knock up a bunch more jars, that usually relieves my anxiety

It's only been 3 days. If it grew that fast it would be cobweb mold. Be patient.

I checked again today and theres growth in one jar. Its a fuzzy dull white spot about the size of a quater. Its got 3 or 4 tiny black spots in it but I cant tell if its vermilculite or not.

usually takes at least 4 days before u see germination but sometimes it can take longer. depends on how old the spores are, conditions in your substrate and plenty of other things can account for the extra time. This hobby requires patience, i give any jar a month to show signs and after that i chuck em. if the black spreads dont even open them in ur house. black mold is dangerous for ur project and your health.

just be patient plus at 72 degrees there going to go a little slower. try to get the temp up to the high 70s 77, 78 something like that just dont go above 80

Actually 65-75 is best. You won't see anything slowed down until the low 60s, or even lower.

im pretty sure you got some mold growing there.
try to take some better pics but the fact that you had nothing, then a quarter size spot the next day and now this the day after tells me thats not cube myc.
you should build a SAB for sure even though its possible to get away without it for brf jars you will have better chances with one. and your bathroom is the dirtiest place in your house so thats not a good place to use even if you did spray it with lysol.
also you want to take the foil off the top of the jar after you take them out of the PC. your dry verm barrier works just fine for catching nasty's but if you keep foil on the lid the idea is it may cause your verm barrier to become damp and ineffective

that dont look good sorry to say, dont look like it would smell good either. usually if growth is fast and off white its cobweb or something else. i can clearly see where the spore germinates from in my jars. there isnt an orginating germination spot in that jar

it doesn't look terrible to me. Bad lighting on the 1st, and the 2nd looks good to me.. I mean the foil should be taken off, but if those were mine, I'd let em ride a few more days.
I'd also highly recommend making more jars as you wait
