Spore collecting experiment.

Why'll reading the psilocybin handbook I came up with the idea to cut a circle out of foil about 3 inches in diameter and cut a small hole with cuts all around it. Then I sterilized the ring and placed it around one of my larger healthier looking baby shrooms. As it grew the foil circle stayed on the stripe and under the cap. When the cap opened I moved the cake into a sterile box where it dropped a completely insane amount of spores straight onto its little spore collecting collar. I then let the mushroom mature for 2 more days popped the cap off and moved the spores on the foil into a sterilized mini jar. I'm sure it has been done before so I thought it was a shareable experiment.

Oh, Hell Yes! Another keeper that needs a tek of its own. That makes two of these in the last couple of days for me. The first one was dunking the cakes in their jars. It seems to have worked well. Now this one for making a spore print. I love the Shroomery. Well done, brother.

pretty cool good job OP one thing i can see is that there is no sense in moving your cake prior to sporulation because you already had the aluminum foil on the mushroom all along therefore it isn't sterile anymore but i'm interested in your results are you gonna grow said print out?

Well I'm setting up right now for shroomgods tek. I'll probably use them for that. Since I have to many though I'll probably just put the rest of these dusty black babies in syringes and store them. I'll post a picture of later. I'm at work right now. Thanks for the feedback guys.
