New guy to laugh at! * 1
    #22085612 - 08/13/15 10:08 AM (8 years, 5 months ago)

Just kidding, don't laugh at me.

First, I was a bit shocked when I found someone was already using my preferred name 'Antics' Real bummer there lol.

Anyways, I'm no stranger to gardening and growing various plants, flowers, fruits, vegetables, etc.. I've been rocking out in the garden for years. Nothing beats picking fresh fruits and vegetables and eating them right in your own yard, knowing there's no poisonous pesticides and whatnot on them.

So anyways, I recently came across an article on people who used p. cubensis to quit smoking, and of course researched it more and more, and found multiple studies, and personal accounts of this working for a ton of people, and having wanted to quit smoking cigs for years, and not being successful, I figured this might be worth a try.

I've never used anything like mushrooms, or other similar substances, but I'm extremely familiar with virtually all aspects of Cannabis, and it has done wonders for me medicinally. After reading about the safety of p. cubensis, and near impossibility of an overdose, I figured it's time to give it a try.

I have a syringe of Golden Teacher en route now, which was listed as a great strain for beginners, so that's where I'll be starting out.

I guess that just about covers everything!

You should check out the Ethnobotanical Garden if you haven't already, it's not just for drug plants.

IIRC it refers to plants that are used by humans in any capacity. Using plants as drugs is just one facet of that. In popular usage though it's often taken to refer just to drug plants.
