2nd Flush - Rotten or Contaminated?

Hi all,
Started my second flush and am using a grow kit.
First flush went a treat and took about 3 weeks total. So, I then soaked overnight and started the second flush. I went away on holiday for 4 days and when I got back, they were fully grown and had turned black!!!!! Came up far quicker than I had expected. Had washed as per the instructions before removing the box from and back into the bag.
Have attached a photo and they've all turned black, and stained some of the inside of the bag black as well.
1. Are these rotten or contaminated.
2. Can I pick them out and start over?
Cheers.

Those are not rotting, the black is spores. You need to harvest those yesterday. They are fine to eat, just might taste a bit gross.

Had a pretty decent there. Should be fine to eat tho. They don't look like they've gotten to the point of being rotten and mushy to the touch.
