Do you guys think i can recover my blue cake by misting /fanning  a lot and keep the FAE on a healthy level or i need to dunk again? The bluest (if thats a word) cake is pinning at the bottom tho

if they are light when ya pick it up they need a dunk but that looks like bruising from handling IMO

They are not receiving enough light, the lid its not transparent, you will have less pins, less fruits, try to give them more light, but do not put the bulb to close of them since the heat will dry the cakes, also try the straw tek as my pics below, gave me better results the second flush than the first one(did not use the straws).

A sealed tub with a 1/4th inch of water at the bottom will reach 100% humidity. Water evaporates at any temp. Water vapor in the air is humidity. You will have high humidity If the water vapor can't go anywhere.

Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.

Im on my 4/5th flush on my cakes now, and are trying the straw tek as you pictured. I have nothing to loose at this point anyway. I did notice alot of growth on the bottom of the cakes, due to the water being saved betwixt the cake and the alu foil. So the theory that "more water is better" so far is true for me. Coming from this POW, the straw tek is valid since it delivers water centrally to the top part of the cakes.

In regards to you 2nd flush being better with straws, did you do it on all cakes? Did you change any of the other parameters? Like fanning, misting intervals, placement of SHFG etc?

don't do that, subs prefer to take there water over the entire surface area not mainline it, just dunk your cakes as needed, they get weak over time and will likely contam at your stage

The straw tek is better than dunk and roll. I used to be the pf cake master. The pf cakes also love an ultrasonic humidifier.

This was my first time growing back around 97.

No, just added the straw and keep if full with water always, worked for me, my first flush was little less in comparation. Im moving toward monotub, but i dunked and rolled 2 cakes and added the straw this morning, will see how it goes with these new cakes. If you are worried, only add the straw to one of your cakes and leave the rest alone so you can monitor the differences.
