We certainly did. When a professional services firm is located in one state and their employee travels to another state to deliver a billable service that they deliver in that state then that state (a few don't but most do) require the company to file a state tax return declaring what services were billed for that were delivered in that state and they want the taxes on that revenue. You can bet your sweet bipeee on that. I've paid some gigantic corporate tax preparation bills over the years to prepare all those state returns.
Here's a link I found in about 10 seconds that applies to IT Consultants that would be the same for any professional services firm.

That's the best you could come up with? That's pretty weak. Its a message board and the response was from an anon poster. He seems to say the person who travels into that state must pay tax in some cases on money he earns in the state. That is not what you said before, you said your company was liable for income tax on what it earned in those states. Amazon earns money in every state, but it pays no income tax to those states. I'm sure its warehouse workers pay taxes on their earnings but not amazon.
You say you work on contracts every day? How does that square with your other statements that you are inactive? Contracts for whom?

Here's another one. Seriously, what you're asking about is so well known it's silly to have to prove it. Kind of like asking ... Hey, if I own a small business, do I have to file a corporate return and a individual return? I mean duh. States want their taxes for services billed for in their state. Here's another link. I saw dozens of them.
http://smallbiztrends.com/2011/07/operating-your-business-in-multiple-states.html
I know this year my small little company I do my business through now will file at least 4 state returns because I gave speeches and was paid a fee in 4 states that expect tax revenue on the fees I collected for those speeches. A lot of companies ignore these laws and don't submit the returns and get nailed for it, sometimes years later. But I can tell you this has been the case since the 90's because we filed multiple state returns every year from 92' on.

Like I said, you can use YOUR OWN ATTORNEY for this transaction. You pick him/her. I'll obviously check him/her out to make sure he's for real and I'll draft a no nonsense contract for him to complete. But it will be your attorney. Someone you trust. Go for it. Take a risk. Earn yourself $5,000.
Like I said, you'd have to be trustworthy. Alas, you are not. Asking multiple times does not alter your lack of trustworthiness.
But if it makes you feel better, I'm sure you're not just some insecure, tiny dicked wanker on the internet trying to insist his dick is bigger than everyone elses. Yes. I'm sure.
I can imagine your contract.
Will you keep my secret? Yes No
So really, all you've done is demonstrate your butthurt. Did it help you? Do you feel better now?

Edit: Actually, it did demonstrate you're a slow learner.

At first I thought this proposition was kindof crazy, but at this point I think your reason for not accepting the bet and hashing out the details is that you do believe KO, and you don't wanna lose money! I wouldn't either.
I myself am curious to what extent KO's story is true, but I am inclined to believe him. He seems well-versed on business practices since I've known him, though I am not, and would probably be easy to doop lmao!

Still no link to the law? Here is a quote from your last attempt
"•You have a restaurant in Florida and decide to expand into Georgia and South Carolina. Once you have locations open in those states, you’re doing business there and will need to file a foreign qualification in both Georgia and South Carolina."
As you can see, that only pertains to a business that locates into those states, ie a physical location. You have done some google searching but still have no clue
Now you give speeches and get paid for them? Lol, it gets better by the minute.
> I'm not some dumb ass, liberal mooching, Obama ass licking pussy liberal that sits at home and waits for a government check
No, you are a famous author who gives speeches and is worth millions of dollars. But you have no clue about taxes or a lot of other things and say lower ceo pay despite the fact you claim to be one. Sure.

I see you are back to the insults. That's easier than backing up something that isn't true I guess. Here is a quote from your latest attempt. Did you even read it or are you getting desperate, hence the insults?
"Anyone who crosses a state border for work — to make a sales call, say, or meet with a client or do a road show on Wall Street — probably owes income taxes in that state."
Personal income tax, we've already been over this. Not an income tax on the business who sent the person there.
Hey, here's a way for you to make a deal with lds. Offer to send him money to hire the lawyer. I think $1000 might do it. That's nothing to a multi millionaire big shot like you. It would still involve some risk on his part but it would show you mean business. You would have to actually send the money, not just talk about it.

Yet another link that proves you're wrong. Tax law for S Corps and LLC's is complicated. It's well over your pay grade. Stop embarrassing yourself.

Direct quote for Journal of Accountancy ...
"Many S corporations do business in multiple states and must file income or other tax returns in them. Many states have been more aggressive in going after out-of-state companies doing business in their states. Many of these businesses do not realize they have an exposure to a state’s taxes until they receive a nexus questionnaire from that state"
