Whats this yellowish cacti ID?

Going to have a look at this guys garden tommorow, maybe buy something and get some cuttings. I was wondering what the ID of the cacti in the front at the right is?

Really intresting colour. I would say T pachanoi. But can't be sure. Buy that anyway XD

looks like a pachanoi.
the yellowish coloration could be from excessive sunlight.

Yea, too much sun. Ive got a few pachanoi that tend to stay yellow
