Pinheads or Contam on PF Cake?

The top-right portion of the top of the cake has some interesting growth. Are those just very young pins or does it look more like contamination? This is my first grow and I happened to be on vacation while initial pins began forming.
Thanks, ya'll!

The right top looks like bruising. The pins are pins. It should be fine

I've got some light blue color on the cap of one of my pins. (The photo is edited to show contrast) Pick it, or leave it?

Most likely bruising. Pins usually won't form in the presence of contamination.

Yes they will lol.
Pins will form on or around a contam my friend. I don't want to argue it, start a thread and see what you get. That's not bruising, bruising is blue. Most likely it's dry in there.

Pins sometimes form as a response to contamination. . .

I'm telling him to sit tight. It is, more than likely, just bruising.
As for fruits forming in the presence of contamination; I, in 7+ years of cultivation, have never had pins (let alone fruits) form near an existing infection. Not arguing it either, just never seen it in my experiences. I am sure that it has happened.

Chances are you have fruited contamed subs and you didn't even know it. Bacteria is present in most peoples spawn whether they want to admit it or not. Of course you won't see pins in the middle of a massive mold colony, but that kinda goes without saying.

Here's the latest update. These shots are a little better and there's a few more of 'em. I'm not too concerned about anything just yet, but based on all the blue coloring, I'll be watching them carefully.

Looks like you either need more humidity or to mist more. You have quite a few aborts there. Is your perlite still wet? Stick your finger 2" in. Do you feel moisture? It should kind of stick to your fingers.
If not, take the cakes out and run the SGFC through the shower. When you're done run your hand along the holes to clear the perlite. Sometimes it gets stuck in the holes and restricts FAE.
Where is your SGFC set up? Can you show me pics of the whole thing? Is it in a closet?

Listen to taGyo...he knows his shit... I used to clean a small screwdriver with ISO...then poke through my bottom holes of my SGFC... To clear the perlite from clogging up the bottom holes...sometimes it helps to sanitize your hands (or wear gloves) and rake the perlite surface with your fingers.

Here's a few pics of my grow room.
The perlite was kind of damp, but I re-wet it again in the shower. I'm not quite sure how the perlite could block the holes since it's such a porous surface.
I checked out the bottom of one of the cakes. It appears that the stems of a few shrooms are growing under the cake. Weird. Also, there's some blue coloring here too.
Lastly, I pulled the (what I think were) aborts. They're currently in front of a fan drying out in case they're still edible.
