Kratom To Quit Cigs

So I just scored a couple doses of some kratom extract and its got me feeling nice. But I was curious if I could use this to quit cigs for a while i've been a pack a day smoker for around 3 months and i've smoked half a pack a day for at least 7 months before the six months. Im spending like 20 dollars a week minimum on cigs its getting expensive.
But to make a long story short I was wondering if anyone has used kratom to help with the irritated pissed off feeling you get from quitting cigs.
Also how bad of a tolerance do you get from doing it every day i've got 3 more doses left and didn't want to waste them. I may just take one or two caps im just on a mission to quit smoking for at least a week just to prove I can I threw out (nah im lying I smoked em I literally can't fathom throwing them out).
My lungs hurt and im pissed off when I quit so hopefully kratom can help and maybe ill stay away forever who knows im sick of cigs but im not at the same time like I want to quit but at the same time im scared to just because I love them. Ahh advice is needed on this one I dont think I can do it. cigs are more addictive than I thought.

If your only spending 20 a week on them honestly i think quittimg will be easier than you think. I would cold turkey if possible, but idk your body so i can't tell you it'd be easy.
You can give kratom a try, but i honestly doubt it would do much. Unless you just take more everytime you think of smoking, but then you end up just taking it anytime your stressed out, and then your spending 20$ a week on kratom(if you buy kratom that cheaply)

Oh no man im trying to use it to realize nicotine withdrawal not replace cigs. But when I dont smoke I just get really pissed off and have a bad attitude and snap at the littlest thing so I was hoping to stay high or at least somewhat high till the peak of my cigarette rage.
Then ill work my way off them its just I whent to jail a while back and I had to quit cold turkey so I know im going to have my anger and bad attitude build until the third day then it peaks and after that I can stop my kratom because its not so bad.

Ive been trying man but its like 40 bux for a decent setup and I dont make enough to buy it unless I stop drinking for a week because I spend like 40 on fourlokos and whisky and my molly habit doesn't help. I barely make enough money to eat and when I get my paycheck its every 2 weeks but ive been fired anyways im probably moving back to my grandparents house simply because im broke as hell and have been fired twice so idk how im going to find another job and my apartment is 600 a month. Its whatever ive got till the end of the month but its all good ill find another job. But ive got a strict budget i've been thinking of just getting a meth pipe and vaping e juice out of it. LMAO poor mans vape

I believe Kratom will help with WD, but how much
It will be better than nothing, still might be uncomfortable though.

Having gone through with quitting them, I certainly agree with you that they are the devil to quit. But they say the best way to do it is just cold-turkey it. It ain't no fun, but you'll live (and probably live longer too). But don't use another drug as a crutch - that's not going to work. And it's good that you're quitting now. You can prevent some of the lung damage that can get you years later. I smoked for longer that you've been alive, and I feel so much better, but as it is, I have mild COPD, so stuff like running is out of the question for me.

not only that, your chance of heart disease and plaque buildup in your arteries goes down if you truly quit nicotine all together.

Do you smoke more when you're doing the thang? Might have your priorities mixed up a bit, though smoking is a pretty disgusting habit with well documented consequences, (well, alcohol too, but that's for another thread )
Kratom is an interesting alternative though. I take it every morning mainly for it's pain relief properties, though the 'chill' feeling is nice, too...
Seriously, best way to quit is cold turkey.
Funny thing about quitting anything though, you have to really want it to quit.

In my case, opiates make me WANT to smoke. Back when I ran out of opiates and in withdrawal, smoking was the last thing on my mind.

Kratom helps quit other addictions a lot. I use it to replace drinking partly.
It will help. You do get a tolerance but after more then a year of daily dosing I still get a great high from Kratom .
You can periodically switch to stem and vein to reduce your tolerance.

Everyone is different, but I find kratom alot more addictive then tobacco. Ive never really found tobacco all that addictive though.
If I tried to use drugs to help quit cigarettes I think it would back fire because part of the reason why I smoke is because a cigarette while on drugs is amazing. Drinking/using drugs is a major trigger for me with smoking.
-------------------- Long live kratom

Im just stressed till a couple days from now then it will ease. I dosed more kratom the morning and its just coming on im feeling pleasant and awake usually I have to smoke a cig or I will stay tired and pissed off all day but im good today. I remember when I smoked DMT and could smell everything it was like DMT was saying "stop smoking and shit will smell strong all the time" its weird I actually can't smell as good as I used to. But now that im kratom I dont feel the withdrawal I feel fine 2 more days and i'll be off cigs permanently.

Objectively and scientifically speaking cigarette are drastically more addictive then Kratom and being addicted to cigarettes is enormously worse for your health. If you can switch from being addicted to cigarettes to being addicted to Kratom you are colossally better off.

Yeah no kidding. If you aren't vomiting enough already while in w/d, take a few puffs off a cig. I don't miss that shit. I'll have some minor ones coming up but I've had worse. Used to take pain medications every day but I've been responsible taking them *as needed*, not as prescribed. Probably not good if I ever get caught since I'm hoarding the last of them for emergencies.
And nothing like being in opiate w/d trying to sleep and you go to jack off and you've already cum before being hard for the most part. Not being able to hold down fluids sucks too, especially if you're w/d in summer, fuck that.

i think it might help with polysubstance abuse in replacing certain things, for sure. lesser of few evils, right?
