First time grower seeking help

Using popcorn as grain, coco coir and vermiculite for casing and psilocybe "alacabenzi" I have developed(from what my research tells me) nice, fuzzy and bright white mycelium and primordia. These then turned into what I would only be able to describe as "the bulb at the bottom of a stipe" and are covered in what I can only describe as white, bumpy "pin heads". These developed 4 days ago and continue to develop white, bumpy "pinheads" and they're developing all over my casing. Is this a good sign? The pics above aren't quite the best, but they're the best I can do for now. Any help is much appreciated.

What the fuck am I even looking at?
Why is that not level at least? What is your fruiting chamber, open-air?
What was your spawn ratio? How did you do your coir/verm? Why does that look so odd?
Why are you taking pictures at that angle? Take a pic of the whole sub.
Did you case or just not let it completely cover? Are those mushrooms in the last few pictures or just weird ass brown bulbs?
Where did you get these spores?
Do you have pictures of your jars?
Is this real life?

http:// Pictures above are "close-ups" of the said "bulbs" Might look uneven, those are just busting through the dirt on one side My fruiting chamber is the container it's in and the lid is behind some of the pictures. I fan 3x daily with misting twice. My ratio is 50/50 coir verm and I inoculated the kernels and the coir/verm all at once and got those bulbs covered in "pinheads" at week 2(4 days ago) Spores are from a vendor and I didn't use jars.

Edit the vendor out, I just wanted to know if it came from a user or a vendor.
So did you inoculate the grains, let them fully colonize and then put them in the coir or did you inoculate the grains and the coir at the same time?
Put the lid back on, that needs to fully colonize. I have no idea what those bulbs are but they look like the heads of mushrooms. Clear away some of the coir/verm and show me.
Did you use Damion5050's elementary coir tek (AKA Bucket Tek) or did you actually use 50/50 verm and coir?
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/11916595
Did you case that?

Edited name.. Sorry folks. But i inoculated the coir/verm and popcorn all at one time and I just eyeballed the coir/verm honestly. I'll scratch some away now and post pics after, but if you think they're heads of toadstools than that gives me a little relief and clarity also.

Yeah,
Next time inoculate the jars and let them colonize and then inoculate the substrate with the colonized grains. I'd put the top back on that and wait.

Why would you scratch away at the casing, you're only making the tray more exposed to contams since it's not fully colonized.

The yellow is the grains, but the mycelium is covering or connecting them all. It kinda bruised blue in a spot that I got too deep with the fork while scratching

You need to follow a proper tek these guy will tell you. Have you learned to pressure cook your grains and inoculate because from your pictures it look as if you mixed them in a tray. These guy will help if you take some time and list your procedure every step so that way, they can tell you where you went wrong.

You shoulda used a spoon to LIGHTLY scoop it up, rather then scraping the surface, that's just asking for problems

I most definitely will on my next batch, I'm going to actually order a whole kit until I get comfortable with what I'm doing. That's just the thing though, from everything I've read online and in other forums, it says I'm right on par with what I'm looking at especially seeing the "pins". After looking at it again, it appears that the "bulbs" im convinced are mushroom heads and the stipe is even seen going down and through the coir/verm and grain. The bulbs are turning goldish brown and are sprouting other pinhead from the base of the stem
. But, I got my kernels, soaked them 24 hours overnight then proceeded to simmer them for an go ur, drained, cooled and put them in its container it's in now after rinsing it (the container) out with hot water and a tiny bit of bleach. I then mixed coir and verm and hydrated, then microwaved it to sterilize. Once that cooled, I combined with the kernels and poke 4 holes in the top of the containers lid and filled holes with rips off of 6 coffee filters stacked together. I flame sterilized my needle and proceeded to inoculate. I then taped the holes and the container shut and set in my cupboard for 2 weeks until I seen colonization. I then took it out, introduced it to natural, indirect sunlight and started airing and fanning 2x a day-one first thing in morning and another at night with very light misting.
As of day 18(today) I seem to have a stem with a couple goldish brown heads forming and sprouting other pinheads throughout and no visible signs of contam. The container even smells like fresh mushrooms at the moment.
I really do appreciate all the insight and help fellas and I look forward to whatever insight can be provided!

Thanks for the advice guys! I'm gonna let em go and see what happens for experiments sake. If anything changes for the better I'll be sure to update.

http:// Idk if these look much better, but these are from an Australian spore syringe that I started around the same time actually using a popcorn tek I found on this site. Used same coir and verm for these, incubated them in a jar using steam to sterilize and spawned without dunking. Still colonizing in my tub at the moment

Yes, dwell in your mistakes a bit longer so you can really savor the taste of shortcoming. </sarcasm> Sooner you start over, happier you'll be.
