First time grower seeking help

Using popcorn as grain, coco coir and vermiculite for casing and psilocybe "alacabenzi" I have developed(from what my research tells me) nice, fuzzy and bright white mycelium and primordia. These then turned into what I would only be able to describe as "the bulb at the bottom of a stipe" and are covered in what I can only describe as white, bumpy "pin heads". These developed 4 days ago and continue to develop white, bumpy "pinheads" and they're developing all over my casing. Is this a good sign? The pics above aren't quite the best, but they're the best I can do for now. Any help is much appreciated.

What the fuck am I even looking at?
Why is that not level at least? What is your fruiting chamber, open-air?
What was your spawn ratio? How did you do your coir/verm? Why does that look so odd?
Why are you taking pictures at that angle? Take a pic of the whole sub.
Did you case or just not let it completely cover? Are those mushrooms in the last few pictures or just weird ass brown bulbs?
Where did you get these spores?
Do you have pictures of your jars?
Is this real life?

http:// Pictures above are "close-ups" of the said "bulbs" Might look uneven, those are just busting through the dirt on one side My fruiting chamber is the container it's in and the lid is behind some of the pictures. I fan 3x daily with misting twice. My ratio is 50/50 coir verm and I inoculated the kernels and the coir/verm all at once and got those bulbs covered in "pinheads" at week 2(4 days ago) Spores are from a vendor and I didn't use jars.

Edit the vendor out, I just wanted to know if it came from a user or a vendor.
So did you inoculate the grains, let them fully colonize and then put them in the coir or did you inoculate the grains and the coir at the same time?
Put the lid back on, that needs to fully colonize. I have no idea what those bulbs are but they look like the heads of mushrooms. Clear away some of the coir/verm and show me.
Did you use Damion5050's elementary coir tek (AKA Bucket Tek) or did you actually use 50/50 verm and coir?
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/11916595
Did you case that?

Edited name.. Sorry folks. But i inoculated the coir/verm and popcorn all at one time and I just eyeballed the coir/verm honestly. I'll scratch some away now and post pics after, but if you think they're heads of toadstools than that gives me a little relief and clarity also.

Yeah,
Next time inoculate the jars and let them colonize and then inoculate the substrate with the colonized grains. I'd put the top back on that and wait.

http:// After scratching away some casing... The mycelium is dense, white and strong with "bulbs" everywhere and spreads across the whole bottom of the tray and is all covered with "pinheads" at close view.

Honestly I have no idea if I'm looking at grains or the tops of mushrooms.

Why would you scratch away at the casing, you're only making the tray more exposed to contams since it's not fully colonized.

The yellow is the grains, but the mycelium is covering or connecting them all. It kinda bruised blue in a spot that I got too deep with the fork while scratching

Because I'm not quite sure what I'm doing since it's my first time and am trying to provide good pictures for you pros to give this rook advice on. He wanted to see pics of what was under the casing so I carefully did what I could.

You need to follow a proper tek these guy will tell you. Have you learned to pressure cook your grains and inoculate because from your pictures it look as if you mixed them in a tray. These guy will help if you take some time and list your procedure every step so that way, they can tell you where you went wrong.

You shoulda used a spoon to LIGHTLY scoop it up, rather then scraping the surface, that's just asking for problems
