put down the h2o2, its not cobweb you would have known it if it was, its grows grey doll hairs real fast.
that fruiting chamber bag thing is probably causing the fuzzy growth, the cakes wants to breathe fresh air and evaporate water off them! at least get some holes in the bag or watch www.mushroomvideos.com and learn to make a shotgun chamber!

a few people get good grows from bags like that but I've seen countless of "kits" with bags like that for FC and they all suck and choke the mushrooms.
if you gonna make more cakes some day, make a sgfc, if not just poke holes in the bag, open the top a bit and mist when the cakes look dry!

Nope.
Fruiting is not a sterile process. Please, for the love of the mycelium in there, poke some holes.

no, fully colonized cakes are pretty contam resistant. there's no food left for contams to grow on!
molds do love moist places with stale air tho, fresh air actually helps against contams.
what's stopping you from building one? its just a box, doesnt have to be that huge..

Why do you have them in bags, go get a clear sterilite box for $5.

Long post coming:
Fanning is not FAE. FAE is the passive act of air exchange, reducing CO2 levels and increasing O2. Mushrooms are closer to humans then plants so imagine if I put you in a room with a limited supply of oxygen and expected you to not only live but produce a Mona Lisa at the same time. You would suffer and probably die while drawing stick figures.
Fruiting is not sterile because we fruit in the open-air. Everything after inoculation can be done with your bare hands. Picture and SGFC. Do you think it keeps out any mold spores or anything? With all of those holes and all of that air coming in, everything in your air is in that tub but since the mycelium has taken over the substrate entirely there is nothing for the mold to grow on.

If you want to solve this poke holes in the bag. The first thing I would do is remove the bag all together for a few minutes. The fuzzyness should recede. Poke holes in the bag near the cake and above the cake. Something a little bigger then a toothpick or a very small screw driver would work. Don't go to crazy though, you need a few near the cake and a few above because you also have that big filter on top. Honestly though, if it was me, I'd just open the top up a little. Maybe two slits at the top because that filter is not doing a good job. O2 likes to come in from all directions, forcing it in one way does not do the job.
In the wild mushrooms are CONSTANTLY blasted by fresh air. There are very few places on Earth that are 100% humidity all the time. Mushrooms like fluctuation, this is what they're used to. In that plastic bag there is no fluctuation.
An SGFC doesn't take much room at all. Please consider building one.
