Is this pressure cooker usable?

I think it's high time my setup was upgraded to include some sort of a pressure cooker so I can use grains and have a little reliability in my sterilization. This one meets my two major criteria, namely that it is available in local retail and is cheap. However, those of you with more experience... is it actually any good?

It's very small. You may not even be able to get a quart jar in it.

Yeah, it's small but if you're patient enough for cooking 1 jar at a time, it could be fine.

Make sure it is written somewhere in the instruction book at which PSI it operates. Otherwise, you won't be able to calculate how much cooking time you need for your grains.

i only have a cheapie PC,it only holds 3 pint jars max.
i have no idea what psi it runs at but i found thru using trial and error that 1 hour for WBS is fine.
you dont need a monster size PC with all the bells and whistles if your just growing for yourself.

Well, the link took me to an 8 qt. pressure cooker, my 8 qt. pc holds 4 quart fruit jars, without a problem. I've done 3 qt. jars in it often, without problems. Were the dimensions listed somewhere on that page? Was it not "tall" enough? My 8 quart pc is more than large enough.
