Interesting Finds Today | Amanita Genus?

I found some interesting mushrooms near a lake in Southern Ohio. They were in moss a less than a foot away from each other. They remind me of pictures I saw of Amanita muscaria and Amanita pantherina. Any thoughts?

Here is a link to some other finds today. Please let me know if any of them look interesting enough to look into further. I found them all near a lake, in the woods. I took pictures in their natural habitats:

now that a TI has identified these for you, maybe you can list all the traits these mushrooms have that would mean they are not Amanita.
hate to say it bro, but you're not even close on these - you need some practice.
btw, Russula have an interesting cell structure, its more round than long so it crumbles rather than splits.

@RuralAnomaly, thanks for taking an interest in some of my posts. Please keep on, especially since we are both Buckeyes :-). I admit that I am a complete noob, only had this hobby for about a week now. I am waiting for some books to arrive in the mail.
Here is what I came up with, please help me fill in anything that I didn't hit or if I got something wrong:
1) They do not have pale gills 2) The first doesn't have warts, however, the second seems to which is what made me thing Amanita 3) No universal veil 4) No volva 5) no ring around stem

you're ok splinta. its ok to practice your guessing skills - i'm wrong prolly half the time. you made it clear you were guessing, and didn't tell someone to eat something. loads of manure will fall upon those that do that.
good job there magicdave, i think you hit the major stuff pretty well
kinda fun to know better what you find isn't it? give it a couple months and you'll be shocked at how much you've absorbed
its a great hobby as long as you're kinda methodical about it and don't put random stuff in you.
books are great - i lugged around audubon's for years but was constantly frustrated by what i found not even being in it. the guys on this site take that pain away if google can't. if you have a smartphone you can make your own ID library of photos you grab from here or elsewhere (just make sure you trust the source)
also, names are changing very rapidly due to the focus on genetics rather than physical charactaristics so books will always be out of date in that respect.
and we buckeyes have to stick together because looking for actives around here is frustrating, at best. moral support n all

well, yes they do. suppose i figured he was talking about his second one at that point.
i was just trying to get mr dave to really take a critical look at the things and to be a little more systematic in his analysis to narrow down what he was looking for, and then know to look for it.
so far so good!
