Need input on growth

Hi. Been experimenting with growing out of live specimen of Psilocybe caerulescens which grows locally. Adapted PF tek with available materials. Used Zeoita instead of vermiculite due availability, sifted until the desired grade and washed several times until clean. Used black rice, the long ones, ground, loaded glasses as per PF tek and pc'd for 45 min. Inoculated with live specimen tissue, carefully breaking the stem, trying the get a piece of the inside of the stem as cleanly as possible in a still air chamber. Plenty of cleaning. Inoculated 6 glasses and several PDA petry dishes with h2o2 added after pc'ing.
Glasses where incubated at 75 F. This is the result after 4 weeks. Petri dishes where at room temperature for a couple of weeks then put inside incubating chamber. My incubation chamber has 3 levels, heating element is at the bottom and air is circulated through with a fan, higher lvls are where the temp measurement is done.
The petri dishes showed almost no growth in room temperature and began growing inside the incubator. On the top lvls of the incubator the petri dishes showed condensation on top lid. After moving them to bottom condensation ceased.
One of the glasses shows the best result, imho, the mycelium spread through top part of the substrate to bottom, no sponge like stuff in the empty top area of the glass (like it happened before in an obvious contam).
Another glass photo shows a different type of growth, same species of mushroom, less growth, does look more spongy fluffy. The color is white but more dimm.
My question is: If the glass that is fully myceliated indeed a good growth, how long do i have to wait for the fruit bodies to appear, before I move it into a fruiting chamber.
If the fruit bodies do not appear, should I try to trigger it? Freeze and dunk or something.
Past season I tried the rye grain tek and got good mycelium growth and after some jars where fully myceliated there were no fruit bodies, opening the jars I noticed a characteristic mushroom smell but none of the jars gave fruits. After some time the rye grain started to exert brown tick liquid.
Good glass:

Weird glass:

It's really cool that you're trying to clone/cultivate a local species, but all of your specimens look fucked except the last agar. Make some transfers with that one; as many as possible.
Next time I would just stick to agar first until you have an isolated culture.
