Are these the correct lids and syringe filters for building jar lids?

These seem reasonably priced. Will these work? Are these the correct size filters? I see some advertised as .45 micron and .22 micron. They obviously need to survive a PC, so I was told that they had to be polypropylene.
Also, I want to use these lids. Will they survive the pressure cooker, and will they provide a good seal? http://www.target.com/p/ball-wide-mouth-plastic-storage-caps-set-of-8/-/A-15134722

The plastic lids will work, but syringe filters aren't meant for grain jars. Use a SFD or Polyfil or something.

This.
There was a BIG vendor on here that was selling grain jars with Syringe filters and recently switched to SFDs due to stalling issues and customer complaints.
