Clear eyes, get a tan, drink water, eat food, and lastly drink coffee/exercise more.

Red eyes can be cleared with some eye drops pretty quickly, Never heard of red skin before, and I bet you that most people won't notice that.
Matt answered everything else pretty on spot.

You want strains with low THC and high CBD content..
CBD increases some of the effects of THC and decreases other effects of THC. && contribute to a strong, clear headed, more energetic high.
CBN is the product of THC after it oxides (breaks down) CBN tends to make users feel "messed up" rather than "high"
Hope this helps.

That information is so wrong I don't even know where to start.
CBD heavy cannabis is the opposite of energetic and adds a much more sedative effect and THCV is believed to be the cause behind the paranoid, messed up type of high. Also terpenes play a large role in effects and vary widely.
However you were right about recommending CBD heavy herb, it is much more easy to handle than incredibly high THC content cannabis.

Simply put: sativas give u the more psychedelic head high which can lead to paranoia Indicas are better for pain management and give u a sort of couch lock body high
I prefer hybrids that are more on the sativa side or just sativas and frankly I have never had fun with indicas
Sour diesel maybe

Also wrong. Sativa and indica describe the morphological characteristics of the plant, not expressed genetic traits that would dictate the ratios of various psychoactive components.

Can you support your claim? Cause that sounds like a bunch of BS according to my research and experience. "No offense" of course.

Also ive bought pure CBD oil and vaped it out of my Atlantis v2 && I assure you I was 100% sober, clear-headed indeed.
Dont try to par with me unless you have cited proof.

Sure it would. I dislike the munchies (unless I am having stomach trouble and need apatite stimulation) but if you have a healthy apatite already then the munchies are not a good thing. They make it so you want to keep eating no matter how much food you have eaten. I have trained myself not to eat, or to only eat small portions after I get stoned because I hate eating when I am stoned.
Anyway, here is how I deal with the side effects of cannabis:
I wait til night time or a time when I can take a nap after I smoke. When the come down starts, I drink some kava and lay down. The combination of the kava plus the cannabinoids still in my system makes me feel very relaxed and then I just drift off to sleep. When I wake up, I feel fine with no burnt out weedover feeling.

Yep, here you go. Funny how you criticize me for not citing my sources when your own are news articles and not an actual scientific publication http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/19785914/?i=4&from=cannabidiol%20sedative
There are many more articles where that came from, also even more on its anti-anxiety effects.
I wasn't talking about isolated CBD I was talking about its synergistic effect with THC.
It also has quite a lot to do with its CB2 receptor affinity in the peripheral nervous system.

I've found vaping can remove most or all of the sedative effects as opposed to smoking. Vaping's a a completely different experience, quite stimulating. It's also much healthier.

Not sure, I think you can vaporise with a light bulb or glass bottle but involves some diy and I'd be a little careful if using plastic straws. Very makeshift imo but you can find info online.

Yes indeed. I just vamped .20 grams (vaper“s bowl packed but not overloaded) and I vaped Old School, I/S (indica 80% Sativa 20%) and I am psychedelic high, but not as high as with shrooms, etc. Contents: 0.8% CBD, 22,75% THC If I am not mistaken (note: I am typing this a bit high, so..) Blocks my neuropathy pain (pain fingers/toes) and also makes me trip. I vape twice a day (morning, evening) and maybe a total of 0.50 grams is what I vape a day. (0.20 in the morning bowl and 0.30 or so in the night one)And been almost for three weeks already since I started smoking/vaping so I might have low torelance/sensitive to weed, which is awesome hehe since I am more resistant of others (like 5 grams shrooms is not enough for me to breakthrough, need about 7 grams dry, and this was since the very first time I tripped, which was with such amount of potent home grown mushies.
I am loosing my train of thought, so gonna stop typing.
