Is this an albino seedling?

Hi guys, today I went to check on my recently sowed seedlings (almost a month now), and some macrogomus started appearing 5 days ago. Today I counted 2 more (which makes a total of 5) but one little white thing caught my attention.
Checking the picture I took, I think this is in fact an albino seedling (never had one). What do you think?

First pic to the right, second pic in the center.
And, being in fact an albino seedling, should I need to graft it? And when would it be best? Pereskiopsis is IMPOSSIBLE to find in my country, and I can't import anything because they open your packages in your face... What would be the second best option to graft a seedling?
Thanks in advance, guys!

Hard to tell, my seedlings are sometimes white when they first open for a few days. Opuntia, san pedro, myrtillocactus are all good graft stock

You're saying that, if it's not an albino, in a few days it should take a green colour? I wanna know how long can it live on its own so it won't die.
Given the case of it being an albino I think I would graft it on blue myrtil (which for some reason grows incredibly slow here) or a little Spachianus I have that is growing pretty fast.
Thanks for the reply!
