There are a ton of cops, interacting with scum every day. Not even necesarally good cops like we need to deal with shit heads like we have in abundance in this country. I wish it were easier to know which ones are justifies and which the copmneeds charged for.
That is a bad example and you know it. They have a tiny population with next to no guns. We are also a rather easily agitated bunch of shit heads.

They have a tiny population? What the fuck? It's one one the most populous counties in the world . It is also far more urban than the U.S.

They are almost all murders, even if they find a way to legally justify most of them. The fact is if the police were better trained and were primarily concerned with the safety of the public, and not themselves, 95% of these killings would not occur. It's on the police, not the people they shoot.

Police can do their jobs effectively without resorting to deadly force. There are police forces in the US and around the world that prove this every day. The blame for the epidemic of police violence against citizens rests squarely on the police themselves and nobody is safe from being a victim, not white or black. Until the police are held responsible for their criminal behavior, they will continue doing so. Everyone knows how you deal with criminals. You put them in jail. That's what needs to be done.

If they are legally justified they are not murders. Get a dictionary. The police in NYC are very well trained and vetted. They shoot assholes who are a danger to others. You live in a fantasyland. Almost everybody cops fuck up are threats. Good. Take the scum out with the trash.

If you think feeling a little afraid is a legal justification for killing someone, go right ahead and throw your hat in for the pussyfication of America.

koods said: It's not the racial aspect. Think about it
There's simply no way you can really believe this...right?? I mean come on man. If this isn't the case then why are the races so prominently featured in articles such as the USA Today link I posted above? There's no video (like you claimed was needed), yet it's now on the front pages of all the liberal "news" websites. Was the white dude in the OP on any of their front pages after his shooting?
Of course it's the race aspect. That's the draw. White kid gets shot by cops -- nobody gives a shit except his family. Black kid gets shot by cops and it's front page news and now all of liberal America is jumping on it like red meat tossed into a den of hyenas. Read the articles. Christian Taylor's name has already been hashtagged on twitter 150,000 times now, and this thing is just warming up.
How many times was liberal America hashtagging the white dude in the OP?

It's 100% about race.

Like I said. No video. Americans are stupid. They don't read articles. Words don't move them. The visceral response comes when they see someone get shot. There's a reason the police don't want to release this video.
Mark my words. If the video of the SC shooting is released, you will see an outcry. You can quote me on that.

They also have a mipuch more coheisive culture, well, until this modern time where anyone seems to think they have the right to go anywhere and fuck up any place. I'm talking to you Muslems. Get out of Europe and fix your own shit countries.

So, the UK is more urban and has a problem with cohesiveness yet nobody has been killed by the police there this year. Meanwhile 705 have been killed in the US. No amount of theorizing about some demographic differences can explain away that disparity in police violence.

We defenately have a problem. We have shitty cops, a lazy easily angered populace, alot of guns. That is a discrepancy that shines badly on us though. We need more police that can restrain people without guns. Guns are a lazy way to police, for sure.

Awww... just weed? Are you sure?
Kid was high on cocaine. Selling drugs. Assaulted a police officer. Was shot just as he was attempting to drive away from the scene of a crime for which he was the sole subject.
Black, white, red, yellow - case closed. People who protest stuff like this, waste too much time in front of the television watching drama shows that aren't real life.
As soon as you have video of a cop walking up to someone, yelling, "wassup muthafukr, LAPD Blood!", then shooting the kid... this, what you have here, is nothing. Nothing at all.
