It's been 5 days since I inoculated 11 quart jars through G2G. What should I expect?

I haven't looked at my jars since I knocked them up through G2G on August 2nd. In total, I did eleven jars from one fully colonized jar of Penis Envy wbs I made from MS a few weeks ago.
I waited about three days after that picture was taken to allow the jar a bit of time to consolidate. This was probably the first G2G I had done in years, and I was really nervous about doing it correctly. My glovebox needed a little more height, as the bottom of the transfer jar hit the lid a few times, but otherwise, I tried to be as sterile as I could. I cleaned the SAB out with alcohol, I laid bleach soaked paper towels on the SAB floor, I sprayed the whole thing down with a 15% bleach solution, wiped all of the jars down with alcohol as good as I could, payed special attention to the donor jar, and tried to work as quickly as possible in the SAB. I tried to only open each lid on the receiving jars for a max of three seconds. Additionally, I made sure to never pass my alcohol soaked, gloved hand over the mouth or any jars.
What are my chances of success based on what I have described here? What were the biggest mistakes I could have made during this process? After 5 days, how much should each jar be colonized? Thirty percent? Fifty percent? I'm hoping enough to warrant a good shake for distribution. What do you all think? I really wanted to wait five full days for the sake of patience. I'll make sure to post a picture tomorrow of the progress.

sounds good to me, only thing I'd do different is not let grain jars consolidate. keep them vigorous! oh and remove the foil.

Yeah, the foil was definitely removed beforehand. I wanted to wait a few days before using it just to be sure there were no uncolonized grains hidden somewhere inside.
