How clean do jars need to be?

How clean do the jars need to be before you put the BRF and stuff into it? Since they are going into a PC anyways, is just washing with dishsoap and water sufficient? Or should they soak in a bleach/water bath?

if you do wash with soap and water....be sure to rinse well and remove all traces of detergent...otherwise your going to run into problems with germination.
