Slow or Contam
    #22054248 - 08/06/15 03:56 PM (8 years, 5 months ago)

Guys. Guys. I know I am likely over thinking this this and it sucks that this is my first post, but I'll ask anyway. As you see I have two jars that seemingly haven't finished yet, but are very close. They seem to have stalled a bit right in this area. I am wondering if I might have a bit of bacterial contamination in these two jars. I lost a jar to green mold (which smelled like yummy yummy mushies oddly enough) but all the rest (except my PE jars, but that's a whole other thing) have been on point. Thoughts?

I don't see any contams yet, how long since 100% colonization? Ideally, you'd want to give the cakes one week of consolidation before birthing. Lookin good so far tho! :congrats:

They have been like this for a week. I was gonna birth them this weekend. Gotta build my SGFC tonight and make sure I have enough perlite for 3-4 inches. Thanks guys!

Sweet! This is my first grow, so out of 10 jars, I'll get to birth five. My four PE had no growth after a month and I lost one to mold. Not too bad for a first time, me thinks. I'll be making a LC to knock up the other five jars I lost.

Big ups to this community, though. Without yous guys, I would have been lost. Cheers!
