germanation problem

First attempt on mea unsuccessfully with a 2 year old print.
what are some tips.
I PC cooked agar for 45 mins at 15 psi poured in a still air box wiped down with 90 % alcohol then blasted with 99.1 percent germ spray. Used cloves poured out very warm agar covered holes let cool then went back and wrapped in cling wrap .

how did you get the spores on the agar? and what was your issue? contams? no germination?

I used a inoculation loop wire . .
in just two days . No growth but lots of white goo like molds nothing that looks like myc

Add water to your 90% iso. 70% is better for this hobby.

Sounds like bacteria prevented them from germinating.
Assuming the bacteria was on the spores you used about all you can do is try again. Antibiotic agar or a different spore print could help. If you streaked the spores onto the plate you could try switching to a single inoculation point.

You could try forced hydration to get the spores to germinate faster and then transfer them away from the bacteria. You'd need to make a syringe with them and then do this: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/15383615
If the bacteria is rampant but the spores do germinate you could try pouring a thin layer of hot agar over the plate so that the mycelium can grow through it and then scrape it off to transfer away from the bacteria.
