Why must we ally with factions to get support. My opinions don't find me any friends

I strongly disagree with the tenets of Islam but I think its cognitive dissonance,I have a few Muslim friends who strongly disagree with Islam without realizing. For instance many of them would condemn pedophilia, I have been tempted to ask if a man marries a 6 year old and consummates when she is 9, is he a true Muslim? Now that would be Muhammad who they are all meant to emulate. but most only cherry pick the good parts and ignore the bad parts like the rest of abrahamic religion. They would deny that Mohamed married a 6 year old ,or the ones I have no respect for would try justify it by by saying it was normal back then. It is a shame I can't criticize Islam and support Palestine in the same breath, because it would leave me with no friends . The problem is that we as a society have to join factions and it is impossible to partly agree with a faction when at the same time strongly disagreeing with elements of their beliefs.I disagree with the Wests foreign policy ,but I dislike all abrahmic religions which the elite try to direct the argument to in order to distract the people. What do you lot think?Do you guys think it is a coincidence that most conspiracy theories are presented through a christian lens. forgive my grammar.

In fact I would be interested if other people have opinions which don't give them no strategic support.
I don't care if you disagree with me but I am curios if any one else has beliefs which don't ally them with any faction.
I have already given my examples and would be interested if other people can give theirs .

I agree with you but if I were to do a YouTube video or go into a career in politics ill have to appeal to a target audience. I want to be sincere in my beliefs however If i were to campaign and try to gain public support I would have to prioritizes some beliefs and be silent on others. otherwise nothing is achieved. When it comes to criticizing religion we tend to cause tension in our friendships because people identify with their beliefs too much. if I were to express my dislike for their religion I could ruin a potentiality good friendship. I will be honest I despise Abrahamic religions and the creator dictator they follow.
