Title says it all.
Say you have a vial of some pretty good LSD in the fridge. How long do you think it could last?

^^ no-name shroomery users that have no credibility are not welcomed in on the "dealer-grade" inside joke.
now moving on...anyone that actually knows what they are talking about is free to answer.
and no I do not have old LSD, its just a question I would like answered.

you should be fine. if in the proper conditions, lsd can last a very long time.

forever huh?
and it's much more stable in solvents(like alcohol) than it is in water.
that's why your vials are filled with everclear and not tap water
tell me some more about your extensive chemistry knowledge.

I had some LSD stored in a heat-sealed plastic bag, between the pages of an old text book for something like 15 years. Took it and it did nothing.

who said I wanted to seem smarter?
All im doing is challenging misinformation that you're spreading around as hard facts.
don't believe everything you hear.
and worse off, don't try to convince others you know what you're talking about because of something you heard "by hoffman"

Water is a solvent... Tap water has small amounts of chlorine in it that instantly destroys lsd, but distilled water is completely fine for lsd. Lsd is destroyed by light, heat, and oxidation.
So if you had a vial of liquid that was kept in the freezer amd was airtight, it would last inxefinately.

I remember an article that said David E Nichols tested the purity of a sample of LSD crystal that had been stored in a freezer for 20 or so years and it still retained its potency.
In any case everclear is the best storage option and yes it will last 10 years.
Plastic bags will cause LSD to oxidize over time because it is still a permeable material that will allow air to seep in, thus degrading the LSD.

Use the freezer. I know someone who has had it in there since the late 70s and it is still very active. Freezers are awesome. Take care.

So using a glass jar in the freezer would work fine? Would it need to be wrapped in anything before it goes I the jar?
