i have 5 EQ cakes and 5 malabar cakes in fruiting chamber, all but 1 malabar are fruiting...why is the one slow jacking so much? will it ever fruit, i birthed them all the 4th, so it hasnt been quite 30 days, but i am concerned, becuase fanning, temp and all that cant be an issue because all other cakes are producing mass amounts for petty cakes. anyone know what the problem may be? no signs of contams or anything, just the same old mycelium growth there was when i birthed. Also...i dunked them all for 24 hours, no casing, no rolling in verm, and so far off 4 cakes i have gotten 175g fresh, not bad at all for my first run, but im concerned about the cake whats wrong??? i will get pics soon! thanks in advance, peace Edit: when i said "mass amounts", i mean for ME, cuz its my first time and i think thats pretty damn good for my bitchass bcuz obviously that isnt shit to many of you. should i go ahead and re-dunk the cake or wait it out for atleast a month and a half? i know patience is a must, but is this typical?

I would try and dunking the one's that are not fruiting again, and i'd dble end case them also. Sometimes you get the odd cake that wont produce, they all look colonized but 1 wont fruit, try what i suggest it may work.
good luck

a shot in the dark here -- its a possibility the cake may not be dikyrotic ( if thats how you spell it )
meaning it will never produce since so monokyrons ever mated? ( again spelling )
dunk couldnt hurt if it seems on the dry side -- or maybe keep it onhand or in the fridge till another cake flushes out -- then dunk the flushed cake and crumble the non fruiter and the flushed one into a flatcake and see what happens..
